this does not include fel's empire or darth krayt's empire


its hard for me to rank some of these people but the first 4 i would say would be

i might put zsinj, daala, ardus kaine, and cronal in there

Pelleaon was Thrawn's student and also was instrumental in the defeat of the Yuuzhan Vong.

Palpatine has to be at least in thetop 5 in my opinion. seriously he is a genius to me.
