Etrigan punching Superman vs Captain Universe Spider-Man punching Gray Hulk

golem370
More impressive feat?
DarkSaint85
Etrigan, because he wasn't amped.
golem370
But Superman weights 220 where Gray Hulk weights 900. Spider-Man was amped to what 500-1000 tons?
DarkSaint85
So what's the question?
Both characters can lift in excess of 100tons. The mass of the people they punched is inconsequential.
riv6672
^^^True.
Punching either Supes or Hulk for effect are both always impressive, but G. Hulk is pretty much considered the weakest Hulk version so, probably Etrigan.
carver9
The weakest Hulk destroyed an object twice the size of Earth and threw pyramids like candy and over powered Wonderman with ease while one shot koing him. Sounds like an elite to me. He also beat Super Skrull and Abomination.
DarkSaint85
Wonder Man: High Meta.
Super Skrull: Low Herald
Abomination: High Meta.
Truly, an elite indeed!
golem370
I guess I heard people bring up Etrigan punching Superman into space which is a powerful feat but when somebody can who lifts between 500-1000 tons can do it to a 900 pounds makes me wonder how strong do you have to be to duplicate punching 220 into orbit?
riv6672
I'm sure someone can do the math, but it aint me!
HulkIsHulk
By weight, Hulk may look impressive, but did Etrigan punch Superman while he was expecting it? Gray Hulk was distracted when Spdiey punched hi mso there ws no bracing.

I was wondering, is Golem370 the former Wolverine 888? That question he asked brought back memories, and if I recall correctly Wolverine 888 changed names years back, and would have asked such a question.
DarkSaint85
Then 1000 grizzly bears would be involved.
Another thing people need to factor in, is that one character has flight. Superman has enough 'engine thrust' in his flight, to keep up with the Flash.
And Etrigan overpowered that in sending him to the moon.
Although, air resistance should be higher with Hulk....

Sometimes I wonder if people "forget" things conveniently or if they just don't know.
Spidernan knocked Hulk into orbit
Etrigan knocked Superman into the moon
Now Google earth's atmosphere and erath/moon distance.
So what's harder to do? Put 900 lbs into orbit or put 220 lbs into the moon?
Consider time and distance. Time is not referred on the feat but an idea of time passsed is given with in the panels.
I think Etrigan's take the cake.

Damn your logical mind!

Weight is a small factor. Distance and time are the big factors.
Anyway, I calculated the Etrigan feat years ago. It was beyond trillions of tons. Knocking a 900lb object into orbit is in the order of hundreds of millions of tons. This is with air resistance calculated in both scenarios.
riv6672
^^^Nice. Pretty awesome, h1a8.
leonidas
the etrigan punch is far FAR and away more impressive. seriously, this is not even a contest.
Rao Kal El
Etrigan's feat also poops all over Blue Marvel's KTFO of the Sentry

riv6672
^^^That sort of trolling seems so unlike you.
carver9
Etrigan two hand punched Superman. Spiderman one hand punched him. Huge different there.

The distance traveled is a bigger difference between the two of them

Lol@ carver.
Hulk was punched into orbit:

That can mean anything from 1000 miles to ~ 20,000 miles. So let's say 15,000 miles. That's not even that far.
The Moon is 234,000 miles away. And Superman can fly, so either Etrigan's punch was so fast that the guy who keeps up with the Flash was outreacted - or it was so powerful that Superman, who flies out of black holes and again, races the Flash, was unable to reverse the thrust from Etrigan.
Not to mention, Etrigan not only punched Superman to the Moon - he REVERSED a speedblitz:

Simple mechanics. Etrigan wins this hands down. Lol at carver and his agenda. It's getting worse. Feel free to quote me.

Its true that its your opinion, has nothing to do with this thread, and was posted to incite other posters, yes.
Moving on...

Etrigan punch was much more impressive. Heck BM's punt of Sentry was better than Spidey's.
Rao Kal El
If you only take into account weight and distance they are pretty close, with Etrigan's having a slight edge.
If you take into account Superman's blitz. Etrigan's wins hands down.
But both are better than Blue Marvel's. Sentry does not weight as much as Grey Hulk and both punches achieved orbital range. But the weight of the Hulk will give the edge to the Spiderman's feat
the Darkone
Thor is better then both, Thor one shot Korg brotherout of earths solar system

I totally tead the word "punt" wrong and laughed my ass off at your post...

ShadowFyre
H1a8. Could you do Galactus punching King Thor through the earth and into the moon with enough force to shatter it? If just punching someone to it is trillions it should be a pretty outrageous number.
