Who wins?

hard to say. pretty much a dead heat in skill imo. elektra has tp to fall back on that would give her the majority though. straight h2h? split or tiny edge to elektra imo (because of some of elektra's uber durability feats more than anything) and each fight would be enormously long....

I usually think of Shiva as top of the heap.

well, why wouldn't she be? with the exception of gorgon (and early on, bullseye) she's fought evenly with or defeated pretty well anyone of h2h worth in marvel including daredevil, logan, shang and taskmaster. i'm willing to concede shiva may have a tiny skill edge, but elektra would have a solid durability edge imo and a speed edge probably. all the physical traits would make a h2h battle essentially a draw imo, with the durability edge giving the slightest advantage to elektra.

when she's been serious, dd hasn't been able to touch her post resurrection. bullseye happened pre resurrection and her pre/post resurrection feats are vastly different. she's also fought a non-mind controlled logan and taskmaster has some uber feats mixed in with some sh!tty ones. bottom line is, she is top tier in marvel in terms of skill and speed. she may not be the MOST skilled in marvel, but she is very close to whoever people want to claim IS the best. its silly to think she couldn't come REALLY close to matching shiva skill-wise imo.

Bullseye vs. DD & Elektra is arguably his best feat ever. He also has plenty of not-so-good showings, like getting defeated by a drugged and injured Elektra in Dark Reign.

Yeah, Bullseye has gone down in formidability nowadays. But even if we take it as a high feat for him, Matt still outskilled her by a lot.

1) I wouldn't be so sure. DR Elektra comic went into detail explaining how it was real Elektra in EOTS/AOS... don't see why it couldn't be real Elektra in that Daredevil arc. Who was writing at that time? Bendis or Brubaker? If Bendis, did he leave any hints suggesting it was a Skrull?

IIRC That Elektra from Murock Papers was a Skrull anyway. Also from the way they were fighting Elektra hindered Daredevil more than actually helping him in that fight against Lester
