Kurk
I'd probably say Makashi
similar to Rapier fencing

Makashi is probably the closest to a real-life fighting style, but Shii-Cho's basic principles and "marks of contact" are fairly realistic.
Galan007
Makashi or Soresu, imo.
|King Joker|
Definitely Makashi.
TheNuisanceBird
They're all technically realistic since if you look at the different fightings styles most of the time they're practical. While people aren't going to be spinning around like Yoda, the forms were taken from real life styles and combined into one.

Makashi or Djem-So.
Basically, whatever form has the least amount of retarded twirls is going to be the most realistic.
FreshestSlice
They're all realistic. Just not all practical to all forms of swords.

Neither are particularly realistic either, but at least they tend to involve less dumb movements that open you up and get you killed.

Being fair to Yoda, I sort of figured that had more to do with being fast enough to get away with it on top of generating more momentum behind each of his strikes
Still, barring the occasion you're hilariously faster than your opponent (which in real life is never), flipping around is a good way to get yourself hurt/killed
Beniboybling
Djem So as it's seen the the OT.
Darth Abonis
Agreed, Beniboybling

Some of them are not practical to any form of sword, really, and would totally get you killed.
Geistalt
Form V.
Makashi's alright.
So is Soresu.
Juyo is retarded unless you really know what you're doing (and have the vigor to back it up).
Shii-Cho's too reliant on the Force (and uncreative).
Not everyone can move around quickly enough to use Ataru.
Niman relies on the Force (and incorporates aspects of every other form, sans VII). At least, it tends to be best suited for Force-users.
Fated Xtasy
Makashi easily. Shii-Cho to a degree and thats about it.
Zenwolf
Shii-Cho, derived from the beginning of sword fighting, teaching basic movements in attack/defense.
Makashi, reasons stated already.
Djem So, reasons already stated.
Jar'Kai, this is more from gladiator form of fighting Dimachaerus. So it is possible, although it'd probably be better for shorter blade lengths, but given lightsabers can adjust length it should be doable.
Of course given that they have The Force to anticipate where their blade is going, it's probably not too much of a big deal.
ILS
Shii-Cho, then Makashi/Djem So, then Soresu, then Niman, then Juyo, and Ataru last.
Rockydonovang
makashi easily
