at his highest id say strange was high skyfather to abstract. yeah no herald or trans or even a low or mid skyfather, can recreate all the planets in the universe(supposedly) or destroy an entire universe/dimension. i have dr stranges chronology, i really should get back to reading that

Classic Strange and current Strange are the same character.

Currently, Dr Strange knows more spells so he is indeedly more powerful than he was before.

Problem was that most of his feats involed items and/or prep

^^^Strange has a standard he comes into a fight with, and given time can do so much more. Doesnt make Strange NOT high skyfather to abstract.
Actually, that description is applicable to at least one character that gets a lot of props here.
