Mass Effect vs Metal Gear Solid... Who wins?

Settings:
- No Prep
- Morals are on
- Death or KO
- In character

Gear:
- Shepard: Soldier, M-8 Avenger I, M-3 Predator, ME Shield, Omni Tool and 3 Grenades.
- Snake: No CamoSuit and FaceCamo, M4 Carbine, M1911A1, Stun Knife and 3 Frag Grenades

Location: In a Jungle with snakes in the grasses

Bonus Round:
Shepard has a Biotic Armor, a Class with any abilities with Biotic armor, M-92 Mantis Sniper Rifle, Omni Tool and 3 Grenades
Snake only has P90 and a Frag Grenade

Shepard would curbstomp, better weapons, better stats with adrenaline.

The bonus round is an even bigger curbstomp for Shepard

Maybe, but Snake has fought Superhumans before
