The problem with what you are saying is..it is not okay to talk about those characters you mentioned challenging Galactus. Silver Surfer is far below Galactus, he sure as hell shouldn't be able to do anything to him unless the guy is extremely starved. The same goes for Thor as well. Sentry has only been mentioned as stalemating him, but that is most likely bunk as well, I think Sentry could do about as well against Galactus as Thanos did. Not everyone has it out for a specific company or character.

You keep talking about Superman being 100 times stronger if he is sundipped, but the thing for me is Galactus has always seemed far more then 100 times more powerful then the likes of Superman. With the exception of PC Supes and Kal Kent.

Tbh, this Superman would be strong enough to cause Galactus *some* degree of damage... IF he successfully attacked him.

However, I could realistically see Galactus simply draining Superman's solar energy reserves--akin to this:

The people having trouble digesting this fact, should complain to the writers instead of crying how bad the superman fans are, We are just bringing up facts that are part of his canon history, nothing more nothing less.

It reminds me of an old web site that i used to visit. People in general thought superman was just weak sauce because of the Byrne power down myself included, then some people came along and start posting scans of the things superman has done in comics. And oh surprise the forum starts realizing that Superman is no longer on Byrne power levels, then for some reason since this knowledge shakes established hierarchies a lot of marvel fanboys start b1tching about the superman fans.

Some degree of damage? Even worloggog Vera Black was in danger of getting killed in one attack from a less powerful Superman than this.

Given the chance, an attack from this Superman would inflict damage to Galactus--I agree with that. I'm just not sure exactly how extensive the damage would be; ergo the ambiguity of my post.

Unless you think Galactus is more powerful than Worloggog, he doesn't stands a chance here.

Just remember, Entropy Aegis wasn't even able to sever one tendril of Warworld after it got 100 times more powerful than before.

Superman effortlessly broke them while sundipped.

Entropy Aegis was at least skyfather level on itself.

Superman, Captain Marvel and Captain Atom were unable to do anything to it apparently, so they went in to divert B13's attention. So far so good.

Until B13 makes the tendrils a hundred times more powerful and even Entropy Aegis is useless.

Superman sundipped and effortlessly broke the conduits/tendrils magnified hundredfold in power when normal Superman couldn't take it on at normal level along with several top tiers.

Galactus phuck his world up beyond comprehension, SM would be annoying as hell, but Galactus will win with ease.
