You mean when he merged with the power battery using the motherbox?

They're basically equally powerful , only DCnU Hal also has the motherbox + a shitload more experience on current Hal's side. Parallax has, well, Parallax merged with him - which is a further amp, but I don't see it changing the game compared to Motherbox + more experience.

That, and he also has some funky shit judging by the latest Green Lantern issue, that may or may not be due to Krona's Gauntlet, where he turns into pure energy and had Parallax on the run.
