If BP have any of his tech then he wins easily.

Spidey's beaten tougher.

Spiderman's gonna have a tough time with the suit. It's like a part of Panther. He can control it with his thoughts.

Yea but Venoms suit isn't Vibranium. And Panther has beaten people beyond Spidey.
I'll wait until Panther's series gets going before I make my final decision.

Fair enough; both have beaten characters well beyond their tiers.
