Reasons?

Being probably almost as strong as Raiden and maybe as fast, plus materia being more energetic than anything the other two can bring

Coupled with shit like time stops, petrification, death, toad, etc

can someone post some of clouds feats?
i never really played final fantasy
until i know more about cloud ill keep my money on Raiden
