I'm going to say Orion. He held out better than most against the First Born, and put up a pretty impressive showing against Supes. IIRC, he was cleaning house against the Green Lanterns as well. That puts him slightly above Omni-man, IMO.

Would be a ****ing awesome fight to see, however.
