Kanan is now blind. They are going to go with the whole- use the Force to see concept with him going forward, but what bothers me is that a civilization with advanced FTL travel, can't simply give him a pair of cybernetic eyes or grow new ones. Denetrius Vidian had cybernetic eyes. I don't see why Kanan should receive some.

Because the Rebellion wouldn't have access to such medical stuff. At least not until later no doubt, it's still just starting up. Gotta gather resources and all that.
