12-13 - above average; legitimate cunning; sharp thinking.
14-15 - top tier intellect; easily learning difficult arts; perfectly and quickly linking different facts; extremely creative.
16-17 - genius level; can think on a scope so broad most people won't even understand the scale of events/facts the person can link; insanely creative; can link together immense quantities of small details for a perfect plan/idea/view/strategy
18-19 - top 0,00001% of Earth; can link together immense quantities of details so small people considered geniuses wouldn't even see them; can see holes in seemingly absolutely perfect strategies.
20 - basically god among humans; while not omniscient, he can deduce who your ancestors were after two minutes of talk; can come up with a successful plan to kill orbalisk Darth Bane with a wooden stick on a wheelchair.

She's emotionally unbalanced at times, but she can be quite intelligent too. After only being in the external Galaxy for a little while, Abeloth set herself up as the head of the galactic government, and planned a response for every move the Jedi made in the battle to retake the Jedi Temple.
