If you want a fully realistic fight, then god knows. I guess it comes down to silly, technical things like location, how the fight starts, etc.
A realistic Surfer is basically unbeatable so long as he actually gets to do something before getting speed blitzed. If Surfer can do even one thing he can solo the other 5 guys here. Realistically.
