Hourman(assuming he has the complete Worlogog) and Resurrection Man(potentially) are the only real threats to the upper-end New Godsg007_squared, imo.

That said, I'm not really sure how Hourman would cope with the likes of Batman, given that the Mobius Chair allows Bruce to exist apart from time/space/reality. Hal would be the only other "?" for me. I mean, he didn't have any real quantifiable feats to speak of in the brief time he was a God, but he was implied to be...well...Omnipotent during that time. Absolutely nothing seemed beyond his reach:

Those two aside, Hourman should be able to handle the rest of the Gods with a gesture in an all-out setting(yes, even Flash/Death.)



...Having said that, S1M would wipe his ass with the so-called "God of Strength" iteration of Supes.
