Are there many cases where PS is allowed to actually cut loose with his powers?

franklin no contest, dude took down a celestial with a punch and tanked attacks from them, created a pocket universe, raped mephisto, created a self sustaining pocket reality in a void of nothingness. repaired a dying star, turned a celestials energy blasts into flowers also expelled them from his mind when they attacked him mentally, he even has a pocket reality in his ****ing closet.

But where's his cool hat? And cape?

Otherwise, very impressive for FR.

Franklin won't be able to kill PS, but as demonstrated by Spectre: transmuting him into a non-threatening form(like a rat) constitutes a 'defeat'.... Hard to say if Frank has the chops to do that, however. mmm

What i mean is, if thats what the Spectre had to do, can FR physically affect a being that Spectre had to do that to?

Dunno. Spectre did so by way of the most uber magics this side of the 5th Dimension. It'd be hard/impossible to directly compare Franklin's reality-based cosmic powers to Spectre's high-end magical powers. These are two completely different facets, after all... /shrug

Just because Spectre did it doesn't mean Franklin can. Do people have any idea how powerful Spectre is when he's sufficiently motivated?

He could have stopped the Original Crisis, he could have stopped GEB, Multiversal Hal/Parallax said the Spectre-Force dwarfed his power, etc...

I'm actually going with PS here.

He was holding his own vs the Spectre till the Presence jumped in and stopped the fight so they wouldn't wreck creation or something.
