Meh. I was never into Quake. I also find it funny that they just released Doom to a lot of fanfare for it's singleplayer but was criticized for its weak multiplayer.

Now, they are releasing an only online area shooter without SP. Not sure it's a good idea or not.

I was always a fan of Quake. More so with the setting of the first game with its Fantasy/Sci-Fi.

While Quake was known for it's MP (and Quake 3: Areans was proof), each Quake had a dedicated SP. Well, aside from three.
