Gruenwald's Quasar (ie Classic Quasar) vs Hickman's Starbrand (current, not classic Starbrand). Who takes it for the majority?

IMHO, if Quasar fights smart and goes for the energy drain he can take this. If he let's Starbrand get too close (like he did vs Gladiator in Starblast) he's toast.

What are your thoughts on this?
