For this gauntlet, we're tossing out low feats and focusing on mid-high feats only. That goes for both sides.
Standard rules, CIS on, no prep, all DC characters are Post-Crisis/Pre-Nu52 versions. Most standard versions of all Marvel combatants. BFR allowed only if you actually believe that to be in character.
