God Butcher Thor is about Galactus level. Cosmic Armor Supes is overrated but should be only one here at the level needed to fight Doom. WBH and the rest get blinked out of existence.

God Emperor Doom was pretty damned powerful, actually. He was demonstrably superior to an Infinity Gauntlet once he got serious(which, under Hickman, still makes its user all-powerful within their native universe), and able to usurp Eternity.... All the while holding fragmentary chunks of earths from across the multiverse together.

He's certainly not beating Thought-Robot, but he still deserves props.
