Did Dooku become a weaker duelist after ditching the order?

Bane's force power is way better than Jedi Dooku's but Dooku takes sabers

All we know about Jedi Dooku is that he's weaker than sith Dooku, but one of the most powerful Jedi ever. Obi Wan in AotC seems to know that he'd get f*cked by him, but that's about it.

Though they're both about the same in knowledge of Makashi, Sith Dooku gained a power boost.

Does anyone have that big Dooku scan that talks about how he was one of the greatest duelists/Jedi in galactic history as a Jedi and then proceeded to grow even more powerful as a Sith?

I'm talking about the one from the Encyclopedia that has a picture of him standing next to it.

Why is that relevant when you have just as good a quote up there?
