A high Herald level being must be able to damage a peer with a blast.

Let's assume WWH is to be blasted in the chest for 2 seconds from 100 ft away. Which high Herald, not holding back, can damage him the most? Who would be 2nd and 3rd best? Damage is determined by the amount of mass damaged.

1. Superman HV
2. Thor's or BRB's standard most used blasts from their hammers
3. Surfer's standard energy blasts
4. Hal's (or a top GL) standard ring blasts.
5. Blue Marvel's antimatter blasts
6. Quasar's standard blasts
7. Another High Herald?

Silver Surfer was able to hurt Odin or at least get his attention with a blast.

1) Hal's Krona Buster.
2) the rest

Green Lanterns have the most powerful blasts of any herald. Hal has blasted through Cyborg Superman, Ganthetalax, SBP, Spectre and more.

Just normal everyday blasts. No other herald even comes close to that level of blasting power.

Cyborg Superman is the easiest guy to harm in the universe.

I would put Surfer, Hal and Quasar at the bottom. By virtue of using their blasts all the time they have a fairly low average.

Surfer is the weakest as per average blasting power ironically.
