There's a thread on CV where it places like Pong Krell, Grievous and this Bounty Hunter dude against eachother. Grievous obviously has 4 sabers, Krell has 2 lightsaber staffs and the bounty hunter guy had like 2 gauntlets with 5 mini sabers coming out. I'll try to find it.

Found. Was it Irek Ismaren? Although I wouldn't call them daggers per say...they'd be more like Lightsaber Gauntlets.

I thought I recalled pre-TCW Nightsisters having something along these lines.

The closest thing to a lightsaber dagger, would be a laser knife.
