Deathstroke shoots him in the face.

Not a comp. Ock in his prime is a match for the Hulk.

ranged weapons and his skill with them would make this a pretty easy win for stroke. typical starting distance is too big an advantage.

Current prime would be Superior Ock, who is a genetically improved clone of Spider-Man + extra equipment.

And he has stupidly long tentacles. And he has blocked bullets and Parker so firearms shouldn't be a problem

He can aim block bullets. He is not a bullet timer. Slade should easily hit him from a distance.

The arms bullet time for him, on their own.

I say Oct can take him. Even more agile characters like Matt or Spidey only deal with the arms via pis.
