If its TES lore, Dovahkiin actually stomps.

In terms of raw power the Dovahkiin far eclipses any MGS character.

But see, physically he is probably way below Raiden. Raiden could probably kill the Dovahkiin before he could use his Thu'um.

How fast does it make him? Raiden casually blocks bullets and was dancing on high speed cruise missiles. Also time slows to a stop for him when he's slicing and dicing.

Well I mean, technically it is possible for the Dovahkiin to catch arrows from the bow of Auri-El, which fires arrows that travel so quickly they can reach the sun in moments. 131
