Red Hood has pretty ridiculous stats. Not sure if Hawkeye can contend with him although I know he has some insane weaponry.

Red Hood has better armor and is a better h2h fighter.

Red Hood wins hth. Depending on starting distance I may take Hawkeye with equipment.
