Lonnie should win. Without the shield, cap can certainly put up a fight, but tombstone is in spider-man's league and has owned daredevil.

Honestly, the sledgehammer putting him down is also ridiculous. The man's shrugged off hits from spider-man, Luke cage, and survived a blast from nitro.
