Or who is the most prominent, representative technopath?
Or some combination?

Take the Living Tribunal. If he wants, he's a WAY better technopath than Hank Henshaw. But that's not what you are looking for, I imagine. But we may start to get into that territory if people start throwing out cosmic names.

I think the thread needs to be limited to people who have actual technopath feats, rather than hypotheticals.
