No prep.
No BFR.
Sorcerer Supreme Strange/most powerful version of Alan.

Earth 2 Alan Scott at his peak is probably favored over Strange. But mages are truly variable, so the Doctor could certainly win his share.

Ah, well, thanks for replying. thumb up

Alan's hard to peg. Evil Superman ripped him a new one, but not sure if Supes was at standard power, and Alan may have grown in power and/or skill after that. Later on, both Val Zod and PG treated Alan as if he was on a different level from them.

riv6672
A higher level? If so, impressive!

Pillow Biter
I think he is depowered now.

Typically, if a hero goes beyond a Kryptonian's level (I don't mean just being favored vs them but rather on a whole new level) they exceed the limit for long term hero characterization. It's gonna be a temp power up. They will die. Go evil. They will get marginalized and leave the main stage. Whatever. Examples abound: Sentry, White Lantern Kyle (still in progress), Captain Atom at his highest, Insane Genis, Odin Power Thor, etc. etc.

Thats an interesting observation.
I can see why DC'd do it, but i wonder why others do.

Alan at peak stomps.

I don't mean that they peg the level to exactly Kryptonian stats. It's just that Kryptonian stats tend to be at the top of the natural range for allowable hero-level power.

How many Marvel heroes go around at a level significantly higher than Thor or Gladiator and stay that way? Not many. It's too unwieldy for the writers.

Alan waves his hand, and Strange enters the afterlife

Is alan scott really this powerful (not familiar with his character) what level is he at?

Pillow Biter
Given the variability of a high-end mage like Strange, you can never really write him off that easily. But no doubt Alan was highly favored.

Alan Scott in Earth 2 is a very different character. He's kinda like Sentinel and Swamp Thing had a love child.

Zack M
Multiverse of the green. But if OP is only using current Alan, he's powerless.
