Torch gets caught off guard, he flames on. Pyro sees it, he can take control of it. That's how I remember it. Not sure if things are different now. Whos manipulation is greater/higher I don't know. I will say Pyro has created fire animals to lift things etc.
Guess Torch wins overall if he goes nova.
