Anyway, in a direct head to head? Did Max mind-phuck the DC heroes etc without prep? I only remember that bathtub full of blood or whatever he had to use to stop burning out.

^ The only TP feat I mentioned that required an extra blood supply was when Max initially mind-phucked the entire earth. When he later restored earth's memories, however, he did so without any 'help'... So one can assume his TP prowess increased significantly between showings.
