We all know Kuurth can not beat God Doom so the purpose here is for him to last at the minimum 15 seconds against a Doom that is giving Kuurth his full attention.

He doesn't last 15 microseconds, let alone 15 seconds.

wtf? at the same instant he wills kuurth out of existence he wills cyttorak, the serpent the crimson cosmos and asgard out of existence just for good measure.....

Even normal Doom could stop time and stretch your 15 seconds into forever.
