Hello, I'm trying to find a movie from the late 60's possibly early 70's from the UK about a killer in a mental institution who wears a hood over his head with one eye hole and has a metal gauntlet from a suit of armor that has 3 blades that pop out like the Wolverine. I could have sworn it was called The Blue Claw but I've searched all over the web and can't find a thing. Any help would be appreciated.
