1st scenario: WS version of midnighter
2nd scenario: new 52 version

They fight in New York city and midnighter isn't allowed to use doors.

It's hard to decide.

New 52 Midnighter has already reacted to someone who is almost as fast as the Flash. Speed won't be an issue. Still, it's hard not to vote for Strode. Guy is a beast.

I didn't mean he can move that fast, but he can react to speedsters, because of his enhancements (Computer brain).

I've seen the average feat for Midnighter (WS version), but IMO, DCnU is more formidable, mainly because of his interactions with DC characters (Prometheus, Martian Manhunter, Dick Grayson, Suicide Squad, etc...) He's a little more fleshed out.
