She likes to fight and is a born fighter while Clark is a farmboy and a peaceful guy at heart.

She has some magical gear.

Clark is more powerful physically but he isn't as experienced as she is in combat.

This is what most writers usually play around if they allow her to challenge him.

I'd throw in her status and one writers play up her Reflexes which might just be a Category for fighter

She has the speed, skill, and reflexes to defend against his attacks. She can counter attack and attack at pressure points. She has a lasso that can used after stunning him. She has a tiara that can be used as a hand weapon.

Strength is offset by skill, reflexes, and lasso.

Supermans freeze breath is what puts him over WW.

It may be, but Superman has several other weapons that he could use in tandem to make escaping his freeze breath a lot more difficult.

That's just one showing for PG vs. Adam, on average it would be a lot closer.

Because she has edged magical weapons, which comics and fiction in general holds above blunt force weaponry. Even though a punch can also one shot someone.

Because she is just as strong (Superman is stronger), faster reflexes and a far better fighter.
