I'll be honest my Apoc knowledge? Sketchy. But what i know doesnt make me think he can beat Despero.

He has held his own against High E he was able to restrain Hulk I think he beat Ikaris and he has Celestial Tech.

Apocalypse could win this, if allowed the use of his powers and tech resources. Apoc isn't exactly a weakling either. His problem comes in the form of very few showings over the years though, so good luck standing behind this guy.
