I haven't followed Savage much since the Demon Knights days, but unless he's gotten a noticeable downgrade since then, he'd beat BT into a fine paste.

I don't even know what Vandal Savage has done in the Rebirth universe

besides getting beaten by Supes in the Nu52, Even when he was powered by the energies from the Asteroid that gave him his abilities in the first place.

One of his best fights is going up against Pandora, who has centuries experience in martial arts.
