Considering the short work Red Son superman did to his home world's GLC, and stating that a 'thought based weapon' couldn't work against someone who could act faster than thought, I'd say having ALL supermen would be a gross violation of the GLC.

Except some of the GLC are a bit different.

One is a galaxy.

One is a mathematical equation.

One is a sentient virus

Etc etc.

GL Corps take it.

Guardians, Kyle or Yat as Ion 2, plus 7200 corp members along with Elite Tiers like Hal, Guy, John, Kilowog etc.. are too much for 52 Supermen.
