In a random encounter he'd just steal Reed's soul, after preforming a pseudo-telepathic MA move on him.

Where prep is concerned: Bats starts out with tech WAY more advanced than what Reed has immediate access to.

Does Reed have the power of a Beyonder now? Or did Marvel nix that already?

I disagree with the prep argument. if Reed Richards has the time and means that Batman does Batman will not have a technical advantage.

without prep id give it to bats due to straight up fighting skills thought I still think Reed could win from surprise if Reed didn't use his stretch powers until he was right up on him
