You can incorporate those weapons in any way you choose.
Start with one armor you will build your base from, and that will count as one.
If a weapon has multiple uses you have to choose just one of those abilities

People i did this with were using Destroyer armor, Entropy aegis, the helmet of Fate, Engineer nanites, Mobius chair...all sortsa crap!
Mine was actually one of the weaker designs, though i like to think it was pretty inventive.

Fun idea. Does the base have to be an armor, or can we use like an android, or whatever, to download our consciousness into?

I choose:
Base armour: Entropy Aegis
Upgrade: Crimson Gem of Cyttorak
Powered by: the Speed Force
Base of operations: Asgard
Handheld weaponry: Ebony Blade in the right hand
Upgrade: Doom's Cosmic power siphon harness
Upgrade: Tony Stark's Power dampener
Upgrade:Atom's white dwarf belt
Upgrade:Lasso of truth woven into the left hand (so anyone I grabbed, has to obey my word)
Upgrade: The Spot's spot creation.

^^^Other than the speed force (its gotta be more than just a super power, sorry. At least tech or a device or SOMEthing), thats great!
If you just use the Quick Family Formula, i guess it'd work, though.
As i read your picks i kept waiting for the Spot, or Mirror Master...

Armor.
Mine happens to do the download thing, as does the Destroyer. Unsure how many others do.

I'm assuming of course, that you can't just pick the Infinity Gauntlet and all the stones, or HOTM or whatever....

But yeah. Swapping Tony's power dampener, for the Spear of DEstiny to be woven into my armour.

Edit: removing the Speed Force, as per your clarification. It will now be powered by....Johnny Thunde's pen (which houses Cei-U, the 5D imp)

You could just wield it, but cool choice regardless.

Is the Thought Robot / Cosmic Armor allowed in this thread? Because that would be the obvious choice if the armor is supposed to be as powerful as possible.

not supposed to be the most powerful but more of like your dream car with all the finishing touches

The armor's the base. It doesnt get all its powers (if it has a bunch). You get it's durability and however its worn.
You're supposed to add things.

Objects with multiple powers only get one power used.

I like the Stellaris armor but with a different color add Cyttoraks gem plus Nimrod configuration systems to defeat opponents Death's Head II Liquid Metal arm.

Its a kick ass armor, though.

Thanks. I imagined using the OF as basically a mystical power source, since that/s basically all it is. And then the Worldmind could help the wearer utilize it's magics, without having to have thousands of years of practice wielding it, like Odin.

Armor the Merlin blessed armor of Sir Justin - Shining Knight.
Cloak of dimensions from Devil Slayer (portal to anywhere)
Ruby of life (healing power, heal myself or others as I choose)
Orb of Nabu (see all possibilities)
Medusa mask (manipulate the emotions of any who see you)
Powerstone (as aquired by Ultra before destroyed) mental power.
Belt of strength (Thor) obviously for strength.
Gem of cytorrak for force field
Creation blades (or Blade if necessary to be one item) cut anything
Disk of the 7 (Doctor Occult) absorb and repell any energy
