Pick one character from each of the 4 squares and make a team.

You get to skip one box and pick 2 from one box if you skip the power house girls.

You can also upset the balance and make anyone but one of the leaders the leader.
Then you get to draft 2 Muscle/Tanks to make a team of 5 with a less effective leader.

You can also make a team of 3 but You can't use 2 females nor can you have more than one flyer on the team of 3.
