Both are motivated to win. Who takes it?

Manowar has a serious range advantage, but invincible has dealt with that before. I'd personally give this to mark more often than not, but I could be wrong since I haven't really been keeping up on manowar.

Damn tough. I love both. Mark stomps though. Mano is more a tony light level character

XO's struggled with characters Mark should make short work of.

Yeah. Inv is in that overpowered makes Superman look wimpy level of power.

XO gets exed.

Mark wins.

His stats are simply better all around.

Mark's physical stats are better, but Aric has much better versatility, his energy blades are pretty deadly, and the armor's self repair systems can keep him in the fight for quite a while.
