Precog every time.

As great as body reading is, it can still be defeated by someone who basically does something contrary to what their body is saying. Whether it is someone who decides to 'surprise' themselves in order to beat a body reader (Red Hood to Cassie), or someone who is just too crazy, or even someone who is operating at a very high level of ability (Deathstroke's movements were like a 'loud orchestra' playing too fast and too loud).

Sure, precognition can be defeated too, but it usually requires super powered individuals who are moving simply too fast or are too powerful for precog to be useful against them - sure, the precog may see what's about to happen, but hey will not be able to do jack about it. Eg, someone like Superman going against Spider-Man (I have always viewed spideysense as precog). Spidey's precog would not help him one bit, but we see that it would require real abilities to defeat it.

Body reading can be defeated by someone like the Joker.

Yeah, I would figure precog would always trump body reading.
