This is a very interesting fight.

IMHO it comes down to Walker vs Tenebrous. Tenebrous went toe to toe with a (hungry?) Galactus and looked like he was winning. Also in Tenebrous favor was a psychic slave of Annihilus claiming he and Aegis were each equal to Galactus. Walker was toying with Thanos/Thor/Genis-vell.

It all depends on which showing you think is more impressive.

If we're talking the ENTIRE GL Corp..

They win. A full roster should be able to take a hungry to moderately fed Galactus themselves. Their will power grows exponentionally when they work in tandom (As proven when Guy Gardner linked his Sinestro Ring with Lantern Broodika.)

And combined, they've taken on beings such as Krona, a sentient sector of space, and the resurrected Anti Monitor (Contained a galaxy destroying blast around him.)
