This is current Odinson vs DCNU Cheetah.

Who's taking this?

This can go either way.

I tend to think that Cheetah hunt like a wild animal and that she will be screwed if her initial assault fails.

In short:

A) Cheetah succeed at rushing Thor and win.

OR

B) Thor counter her and win via hitting her or lightning her.
