Herc can beat depowered Fisk.

Classic destroys. He flat out overpowered Spidey back than, and no amount of holding back accounts for being pushed through a thick cinderblock wall, or being stuck in a vice like grip and desperately trying to break it, before getting slammed around.

The Oak Desk feat alone proves Fisk was a ringer.

He stood up pretty well to Kyknos, who was pretty damn strong. Didn't kill Herc (although he was saved by the power of prayer, lol):

What if Herc uses the most exotic move in the fight game?

Double leg takedown.

of course herc can still win this. he was mortal, and lost most of his power, true, but he was still strong enough to catch a falling support beam while a building collapsed all around him:

durable enough to take this with no problem (kyknos would have challenged herc in his god form....):

he has a few very solid durability feats in that form tbh and his skill has always been underrated:

he has several skill feats in his couple of mortal forms. he's at least as skilled as fisk imo, maybe more so. if he fights dirty, which he would, he is def strong and durable enough to take fisk. obviously with his weapons he'd kill him easily. h2h is tougher to call but i'd say this was pretty close to 50/50 and i'd lean toward herc for a slight majority.
