What is the correct order?

The Presence/Great Evil Beast/Primal Monitor

Don't know anything about A, but Ultimator's not real. She was created by Mxy for the purpose of story telling.

What is the correct order? The Primal Monitor is formless. Though it created the Monitor race/realm, there's really no way to 'rank' it from a power standpoint or w/e.

Ultimator wasn't real per se -- she was just part of a story Mxy made up. Though even if she had been real, she was still beaten by a plot-device Mxy came up with. Same thing with 'The A': he was gargantuanly powerful(able to eat 5D beings like pieces of candy), but he was ultimately beaten by yet another Mxy plot-device.

That said:
-The Presence
-Mxy
-Ultimator/The A (their feats/defeats were very similar.)
-GEB (Spectre alone could have easily beaten it.)
