When i was 11 when he first appeared on the show i remembered how his voice sounded familiar with sounding like Beastly from Care Bears, Thompson in HBO's Adventures of TinTin show, that one Dinosaucer baddie, Melvin in Tales from the Cryptkeeper episodes of Chuck and Melvin, Toad in Super Mario cartoons etc. who else thought the same thing?
