Thor actually HAS given him good fights. And his energy soak means he could play defense and make Thanos work for it more than the others.

I can see Thor having the top spot by virtue of having actually fought Thanos, yeah.
Superman's my pick for best fight though. Physically superior to Thor.

This. I guess Hal would give him the "best fight", as in the closest one. Supes fight would be way too one-sided to be considered a good fight.
