Why wouldn't Shiro win all around?

He is the leader, he is physically much bigger than Keith and more experienced.

His arm is a weapon by itself and now he has his own bayard too. So he has Keith outgunned.

The Black lion is the biggest lion because its the torso. Should beat the red lion handily.

All true, but remember Keith has the speed edge, plus the strongest connection to his Lion (If you've seen the latest season, where it saves his ass every other episode. No other Lion really does this.)

How much of a speed edge? All the lions seem like they can keep pace with each other when they fly.

In the first episode Allura says red sacrifices some armour for speed and maneuverability. Shiro still wins all rounds.
